  • - We request you to kindly tally the items against the bill to ensure receipt of all items accordingly and if the items are in satisfactory conditions. Our executive will be waiting until you have verified the tally. Once the items are handed over to the customer, our return policy does not support the return or exchange of goods. NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF GOODS WILL TAKE PLACE, ONCE THE DELIVERY IS HANDED OVER TO THE CUSTOMER COMPLETELY.
  • - Our Delivery Executives are ensured with health safety gear, masks, sanitization and other safety precautions. We value your safety as well as our employees.
  • - In case the Customer was unable to be supplied with desired items, the reason would be described in our correspondence mail along with the full refund of that product in case of prepaid deliveries.
  • - Once the order has been accepted, no further cancellation will be allowed. Kindly add items to the cart and be reassured before confirming the order.

To prevent phishing, spam and other kinds of abuse and violations of Delico’s Terms of Service, our moderators may check messages that were reported to them by their recipients. If a spam report on a message you sent is confirmed by our moderators, your account may be limited from contacting strangers – temporarily or permanently.
