3. User Accounts

When you place an order through Delico, you are making an offer to purchase the food items from the restaurant. The restaurant has the right to accept or reject your order. Once your order is confirmed, a contract is formed between you and the restaurant.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. The final price will include:
- Food item costs
- Applicable taxes
- Delivery charges (if applicable)
- Service fees
- Any additional charges
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (VISA, MasterCard)
- Net Banking
- Digital Wallets (PayTM, FreeCharge, Mobikwik)
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- UPI Payments

5. Delivery Terms
5.1 Delivery Areas
Delivery is only available in areas where we have operational service. Delivery availability and charges may vary based on your location.
5.2 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Restaurant preparation time
- Traffic conditions
- Weather conditions
- Order volume
5.3 Delivery Acceptance
Upon delivery, you must verify your order before accepting it. Once you accept the delivery, we cannot accept returns or exchanges except as provided in our Refund Policy.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been accepted by the restaurant. Once the restaurant accepts your order, cancellation is not permitted.
6.2 Refunds
Refunds will be processed in the following circumstances:
- Order cancelled before restaurant acceptance
- Restaurant unable to fulfill the order
- Significant delays beyond estimated delivery time
- Wrong items delivered or quality issues (with proof)
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
6.3 No Return Policy
IMPORTANT: Once the delivery is handed over to you and you have verified the items, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
- Harass, abuse, or harm delivery personnel or restaurant staff
8. Reviews and Ratings
You may post reviews and ratings of restaurants and delivery experiences. By posting reviews, you grant Delico a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute your reviews. You agree that your reviews will:
- Be based on your genuine experience
- Not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
- Not violate any laws or third-party rights
- Be honest and not misleading
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Delico Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Delico or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Service
- Use our trademarks or branding without permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DELICO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
- The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delico shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any interruption or cessation of the Service
- Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the Service
- Food quality or safety issues (responsibility lies with restaurants)
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Delico and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
